“The staff was polite. The pictures shown in the ‘ad’ do not look at all like the lobby nor the rooms located at the property. We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up. ”

“We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. ”

“The place was very nice and clean. The room was perfect and it worked out well for my cat. The only down fall was there were very few places to eat but we went to a place next door, Harrison's, qhich had very good food.”

“There was a dirty wash cloth left in the tub and under the sink. There was a wet spot under the covers .(had to take sheets off) Had my own. The bed was way to hard. The towel are rough and scratchy no fabric softener .”
