“The A/C kept coming on and going off. I didn’t know if the wall thermostat or the thermostat on the unit was the correct control. Otherwise, it was a good stay. ”

“The towels and wash clothes were stained and dirty. The drapes did not completely cover the front window which allowed the bright light outside to enter the room. Who wants to sleep with the light on? The small shampoo bottle provided was already open and only half full. The sink had hot water but the shower did not. It was obvious that water had been leaking for quite some time at the top of the front window and mold clearly evident.”

“The staff was very accommodating. We travel with our two small dogs and they booked us into a main floor room. Plus one of our dogs is diabetic requiring that his insulin is kept cool during travel. The lovely lady at the front desk put our freezer packs in the freezer until we checked out.”

“The staff were friendly, and the hotel itself was clean, but it definitely needs some updating. One downside was that there is only one small elevator, so expect long waits, especially when other guests have luggage. The biggest issue for me was the location. The hotel is marketed as “downtown,” but it is actually about 5.5 miles away and around an 11-minute drive.
