“Clean Room”

“Room had newer floors, but furniture and beds were worn. Some towels were stained, grey colored, and very thin. Smelled like cat pee outside of door. Big pile of dirt caused tripping hazard in parking spot. Location was close to main road. No breakfast. Would not book a stay again.”

“This location was delightful! We arrived late and the pool was still open so the kids could get their road trip energy out. There were delicious cookies, the staff were ALL so kind and friendly, and the view over the lake was exceptional. Great stay, delicious breakfast, and 25 hr coffee. Happy parents, happy kids.”

“Best hotel we have been to in a while. Clean, we'll taken care of. Basic furnishings but modern. Id be happy if all of my hotels were the same.”

“Update and real eggs with fruit for breakfast”

“BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so.”

“At check-in I was told that I had to pay a $50 security deposit for a two night stay. I'm a 66 yo retiree staying with my retired wife. Did they think we were going to throw a wild party, lol? So I gave the clerk $50 cash and asked for a receipt. She told me very sternly they don't give receipts. How ridiculous to take cash without giving a receipt. The floors in the room were so dirty I had to take time to wash the bottom of my feet. Needless to say we will not be back. ”

“Rooms are clean Staff is helpful and pleasant There is ample space to hang out in the lobby or play cards at the eating area Its a very large main area The area is safe Lots of food areas and close to 75 to get moving in the morning”

“The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience. John”
