“Two KING beds in our room. This is rare to most hotel chains , but this one was an exception. Indoor-outdoor pool.”

“We've stayed at Fairfield Inns in the past and had great experiences. This time was fair. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. We left at 5:30am. The lobby was dark, no one at the desk, only a sign indicating to drop our door cards in a basket. No coffee. Decaf only available in the room. We were...

“It was convenient as it was right off the interstate but I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend. The shower curtain was loaded with mold covering the entire bottom portion and several inches high. The air conditioning did not work and no cold water coming out of sink. Also, the cement steps outside my room that lead up to top floor were filthy with bird dropping. That mold all over the bottom portion of shower curtain can be a health hazard too. This was room 216.”

“Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls.”

“The room was fantastic. It was very clean and it did not have a bad smell to it. All of the facilities worked. They do serve breakfast, but it is pretty simple. Really just cereal and muffins and juice and coffee. It’s in an easily accessible location. There’s always staff on the property to help you if you need anything. The only complaint that I have is that our room was so hot and we got there at night ready for sleep, but the AC unit barely blew out air so it did take about 3 to 4 hours for...

“Room had newer floors, but furniture and beds were worn. Some towels were stained, grey colored, and very thin. Smelled like cat pee outside of door. Big pile of dirt caused tripping hazard in parking spot. Location was close to main road. No breakfast. Would not book a stay again.”
