Hotel a Caryville

“Room had newer floors, but furniture and beds were worn. Some towels were stained, grey colored, and very thin. Smelled like cat pee outside of door. Big pile of dirt caused tripping hazard in parking spot. Location was close to main road. No breakfast. Would not book a stay again.”

“It was convenient as it was right off the interstate but I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend. The shower curtain was loaded with mold covering the entire bottom portion and several inches high. The air conditioning did not work and no cold water coming out of sink. Also, the cement steps outside my room that lead up to top floor were filthy with bird dropping. That mold all over the bottom portion of shower curtain can be a health hazard too. This was room 216.”

“We've stayed at Fairfield Inns in the past and had great experiences. This time was fair. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. We left at 5:30am. The lobby was dark, no one at the desk, only a sign indicating to drop our door cards in a basket. No coffee. Decaf only available in the room. We were...

“the rooms were amazing and they had firm and soft pillows and they were marked sheets were clean! the rooms have been built with the intent to keep the guests comfortable breakfast was good, but i am vegan i had very less options hopefully that is fixed.”

“The hotel is nice. People were nice. Breakfast was good. Bed was decent.”

“The staff were all incredibly sweet and helpful. We were given great recommendations for places to eat. (The barbecue spot at Cove Lake was outstanding!)The breakfast was delicious and we'll stocked. The room was very comfortable and clean. One of the best parts of our evening was rocking on the rocking chairs out front and watching the sun set over the lake while relaxing on the two-person swings.”

“The staff were very nice. The room was clean. It would have been nice if they had a better breakfast, or at least milk for coffee.”

“Only 2 hangers and 2 towels each (bath, hand & face) in the room. Towels had stains on them. No extras were provided when asked. Tub had rust on it and it was dirty when I cleaned it with a napkin. Toilet door wouldnt close shut. No exhaust in toilet. Very less choices for breakfast, no proteins, too many sugary items.”

“The staff was really really great. The rooms were very clean. There were restaurants within walking distance. My only disappointment was no breakfast, which is usually included. But that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.”

“BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so.”

“Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls.”

“Two KING beds in our room. This is rare to most hotel chains , but this one was an exception. Indoor-outdoor pool.”
