“We arrived very early but allowed to check i. early. The proximity to the beach, bay and local eateries was amazing. The only slight negative was our room was fairly close to an area where noisy young people gathered at night near the boat launch. Otherwise it was wonderful.”

The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. “I made a reservation through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children. My room only had one bed. The sofa bed was all dirty and there were no bedding. I traveled 3 hours by car to get there and had to drive another 3 hours back home the same day because the room could not accommodate 4 people. The attendant who only communicated by text message offered me the option of a refund for the reservation only. “The home was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. The screened in deck above the pool was especially nice— nice dining table and chairs;also comfortable seating over near the bbq grill. Our friends enjoyed the bikes and the availability of the golf cart. 15 minutes drive to lovely Nokomis Beach.”
