“The house is amazing. It is cozy, clean and spacious. Liz is the perfect host: professional, always available, and very kind. And, of course, Varenna is quite and very nice. We had 4 amazing days in that house!”

“We stayed at this gorgeous Vrbo villa with breathtaking views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The spacious, three-floor home with floor to ceiling windows boasting views everywhere, was light and bright with private gardens and a swimming pool, comfortably accommodating our family of six adults. “Deborah was a wonderful host who did everything she could to be helpful. We enjoyed the villa and had a beautiful view of the lake from several different rooms, as well as the patio. A car was a must, as she recommended. The small town of Cremia is lovely, but for food and other sightseeing, you need transportation. I would recommend this rental.”

“Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....

“This villa was wonderful-great location, close to train and ferry stations as well as restaurants. Quiet, clean, well furnished. Perfect for two couples travelling together for 4 night stay! Really felt as if we were experiencing an “Italian villa” just without the servants!”

PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.”

“L'appartamento mansardato al secondo piano della bella villa da noi affittato è comodo e carino. L'unico neo del posto, che ovviamente non toglie fascino all'appartamento, sono tutti gli scalini che vanno dalla strada al secondo piano della villa. Comunque esperienza positiva.”

“Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See.”

The location is very quiet and the surrounding towns can be easily reached by car. The villa is clean and the garden is ideal for children. I can totally recommend a vacation there! ”
