“Very nice and walkable to everything in Avalon - clean, bright and even a view of the ocean from the sunroom. Beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. Only drawback was noise from the lower unit well past quiet time of 10 pm on two of the nights. ”

“This is a great property and just like the pictures. Located up the street in Avalon it is a convenient walk anywhere you would want to go. We only experienced one issue, the heating system is inadequate for the house. Our first night the main room and the entire house was extremely cold. I found one small space heater and that worked for our bedroom but not the house. At this point I probably should have called the rental office but I knew it was closed. I called the next day and informed them...
