“This condo was great. I think the listing should state that laundry is not in the unit, as it is in the parking garage. The unit was clean, and exactly what I wanted. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t like that, when leaving, it had to return the parking pass last minute and return the keys to a lock box in town. Very inconvenient. ”

“Can't find much to like. Aged unit with extremely few amenities. Not even a chair in bedroom. Cheap apartment bathroom, no patio, no ambiance. Tons of rules, no AC with 88 degree temps. TV streaming speed not acceptable. Stayed 3 days but only coffee for 2 days.5 star is a joke. Lots of effort on customer responsibilities, not much on Customer satisfaction. Off my list...”

“we booked this room as we needed an overnight stay during a road trip. the room was nice and the location worked out great for the trip. the toilet bowl a noticeable smell. and there was no hot water. since we arrived pretty late we were hoping we can shower in the morning and leave but the water was freezing. we could barely wash our faces. there were no instructions as to how to turn the water heater on (assuming there was one) and we were in a rush so we couldn't wait for an answer.”

“We have used VRBO for many years and different locations throughout the United States. We were very pleased with our stay here. The location was perfect for golf, food, and walks. The only recommendation i would give is to put in a king size bed in the main room, as we had to sleep in separate beds. other than that, it was perfect!!”

“I came up for a week of hiking and mountain biking, and thought this rental was perfect. I was able to bike out to nearby trails and park my car and bike in the garage. Speaking of, really appreciated having the option to charge my EV while I was there. I also thought the owners were probably the friendliest VRBO hosts I've ever had in Mammoth, and appreciated their helpful advice. They seem very hands on.
