“We traveled by car from Texas. It was a 10 plus hour trip arrived late checked in no issue over the phone. In room phone did not connect had to go back to front desk to get robes and extra blankets. Upon leaving I asked if they honored triple A and the front desk lady said yes but said you have to get it when booking the reservation which doesn’t seem fair or right. So that wasn’t fair.”

“Only complaint is that the shower curtain didn’t keep water off the floor, but other than that it was nice . ”

“Arrived Friday afternoon & was greater at the front desk by Stephanie. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. When our daughter’s flight got cancelled, she helped us with arrangements. She went above and beyond her duties to help us at every turn. She has an infectious smile and a very welcoming manner. “Upon check-in I was greeted with such kindness and laughter, it made for a great end to such a hectic day. Tisha and Shay were very personable and made me feel right at home. It was late so I wanted it to be a quick process and they made sure check-in was fast and smooth. Thanks ladies!”
