“Bella struttura anche se dispersiva. Bella piscina. Camere accessoriate ma datate, letto molto scomodo e pareti sottilissime. Buona pulizia e servizi. Parecchia confusione al check in: nella camera che mi hanno assegnato c'erano altri ospiti, le chiavi magnetiche spesso smagnetizzate. ”

“This was overall a good place to stay and would recommend this hotel. The property showed there was a resturant on facility. It’s a beautiful bar, but very few people were there. There was a bartender, who was also a waiter, bus boy, and server. These are excellent employees. But 1 person is not a resturant. Only 2 entrees are available. This bartender can’t give good service because it’s too much to put on one person. There was a hamburger and a rice dish, both were average at best. This is a...

“Siamo stati a Phoenix una giornata di agosto dal caldo torrido. Dall' hotel ci si può spostare solo in auto anche perché di sera la gente per strada non è delle migliori. Comunque abbiamo girato poco la città visto la temperatura e ci siamo rifugiati in camera. L'hotel non si distingue per nulla se non per il buon condizionatore. ”

“The hotel was centrally located. Walkable to old town with lots of restaurants options nearby. Pool was great, wish you didn’t have to walk to the lobby to grab a drink during the week. The property, lobby, pool area, and gym were well kept. The bathroom in the room needs love, along with the towels. Not very clean and not up to par with the vibe the hotel gives off. ”

“This is a comfortable, stylish hotel with well thought out rooms and friendly, professional staff. It is also easily walkable to old town Scottsdale's restaurants. We grabbed a very good snack at Zuzu when we arrived--much better than it had to be. My only complaint was the in-room coffee option. For some reason the hotel furnishes sort of cheapo pods and a quite clunky Keurig (Nespresso seems to be higher quality in my experience). Weird to go cheap in an otherwise higher end place.”

“Front desk staff was nice but the men in the restaurant were interesting. One guy was not very friendly. The property was leaking BAD when it rained a buckets everywhere. The outdoor pool and fire pits were nice. Location is good. ”
