“The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.”

“Enjoyed stay in West Yosemite condo. Slightly rough around the edges from use but very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay including kitchen and 2 full baths. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.”

“I just needed a somewhere to stay at night and this place did the job. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were enough for me. The area isn't bad and its close to a lot of stores, like Safeway, Smart&Final, and Dollar store. There's also a bus on the main road that will take you straight downtown. I did spot one or two roaches, and the coffee maker was really dirty. There also wasn't always parking but this wasn't a problem for me.”

“Great place for the 2 of us to stay while in town for Sensorio. Rural feel with a small vineyard in view of our balcony, clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the afternoon sun while having a quiet read on the balcony. Relatively new construction with some handcrafted furniture by the owner. Well lit and cheerful with plenty of windows, a couch and coffee table, coffee maker fridge and microwave. Clean well appointed bathroom. The area is a welcome quiet after the busyness of the Paso Robles...

It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)”

“Very nice location inside the gates of Yosemite. It is about 8 miles to Tunnel View, which made it a nice easy early morning drive to try for sunrise photos. Nice hot shower and warm nice bed were welcome changes from the few nights of camping earlier in my trip. Nice deck to relax on and recharge with a coffee while downloading photos from the Firefall in Feb 2025.”
