“Absolutely wonderful resort. We stayed in the Boreas Pass Suite. The room was far more spacious and modern than expected with a huge, private deck that backed to the river (the entire resort is so well kept and manicured). The Snowmelt/Spa area was such a bonus and we had the Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna and Cold plunge all to ourselves, even on the busiest leaf-peeping weekend of the season (Friday, 9/25). They even had suits we could borrow as the Spa, so unexpected. The virtual front office staff...

“Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This property is very dated! It is not a lodge. It is a motel right off the highway. The inside of the kitchenette was upgraded and clean. There is no management on site. I had to call to get the code to check in. That may have been VRBO’s fault. There was a wedding party staying at the motel. My one night stay was not the peaceful experience I had hoped to have. Loud gatherings until late, kids running around unattended, doors slamming, people trying to...
