“I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. There was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board which was helpful. “The girl that checked us in was very nice. She upgraded our room for no additional cost. Great location for walking to downtown and marina. The bed was very comfortable. The room was small but we only stayed one night and didn't spend much time in the room. The bathroom was clean but needs updating. The carpeting was vacuumed but stained. Nothing fancy just your old time motel.”

“My wife and I loved our hotel room, complimentary breakfast, roomy and clean bathroom and shower area, very comfortable, clean beds, very friendly and helpful staff all around from the front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff and the location is superb in that it is close to Peteosky, Bay Shore and downtown Charlevoix. So, I must whole heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to pick an excellent place to stay, it would be here.”

“The Charlevoix House was a wonderful bed and breakfast in the charming town of Charlevoix. Steffan was a wonderful and attentive host that was kind, present, and made amazing home cooked breakfast! Everything was done with care and intentionality. We would 100% love to come again soon!!!”
