“Great location if you are wanting to travel around Northern Michigan. Cute town with a convenient grocery store, Mammoth Distillery Lounge and great little pizza place. Check in was easy, but no personal communication from owners. Only automated messages. Unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floor and some laundry in the dryer which was strange. “Excellent one night stay at the BW Boutique Hotel in the Amelia room. We had the house to ourselves and enjoyed the spacious living areas and very well equipped kitchen. Definitely would stay there again!”

We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. “Location, owner feedback and help”

“Note that the elevator entrance only goes to the "lower level" but room numbers in the 100's are on the floor below the lower level, accessible by stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but, anyone who has issues with stairs or mobility, you'd want to make sure your room isn't on that level. The perk for being in the 100's is you can walk out your patio door and the outdoor pool is right there. We did enjoy three nights there. 😊”

“Very helpful staff and a pleasant stay with in walking distance of downtown.”

“There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.”
