“I'm glad that the listing no longer includes breakfast in the amenities list, because there is none. Owner did make some good restaurant recommendations when asked. A surprising lacking amenity was shampoo/conditioner, so take your own -- this is a budget hotel, quaint (decked out for the season) and sufficient. I think some posted store/office hours that are kept by owner or friend when she's busy would be a plus -- The photo shows the cute gift shop, one of the reasons I chose this location,...

“Everything about the description was spot on more! It's a lovely house, very close to Cooperstown and very near Ommegang Brewery is just down the road. The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO.
