“Our stay at My Place was under not ideal circumstances as we were dealing with the affairs of the death of a family member. However, the staff, esp. at the front desk were very kind and helpful during our entire stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our room was very clean, as was the lobby area. “Very clean facility. The rooms are well appointed. A bit noisy above us. The hotel and gaming area smells pleasant but several in my group found it irritating to their respiratory system. A neutral unscented space would serve best. Food was tasty, service in rock n roll bar needs much improvement. We have scene several shows in cowlitz ball room its a nice space and seats are comfortable. No wait for public restroom areas and they are always spotless. Overal a nice quick getaway.
