“The property is very well kept and managed. Service is super efficient and friendly, nevertheless I have been assigned a room facing the road accelerating ramp and the windows do not properly isolate the noise that get enhanced in the night hours. Please ask for a room facing the inner garden”

“Everything about this hotel was wonderful, the property, the hotel and especially the staff. However, we picked the hotel for the outside pool and this was being repaired, therefore no pool. We really wanted the outside to be able to chill as we had been travelling around Costa Rica, and this was picked for the pool, but the staff went over and above to set up loungers, a table and chairs which was amazing. But would have appreciated Expedia advising us of this beforehand. ”
