“Perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and updated unit that had everything we were looking for on the premises. Very convenient location to everything in the Dells. Will be back again!”

“Plenty of room for everyone. Didn’t like the fact you had to go outside to visit the kids in #2, but it all worked out. Kind of short on refrigerator space, just left stuff in our coolers. We had a pleasant time”

“We had a nice relaxing week at the property. The kids really enjoyed being able to get in the pool whenever they wanted.”

“Nice resort, kids loved the swimming pools. Quiet area but close to downtown Dells. Great place!”

“Very nice area. We prefer a place that has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms when traveling with others and this was perfect. Not to far from the attractions.”

“Good location. Nice unit. Dishwasher was broken on Christmas Eve so we contacted maintenance and they responded the same day. Worked out well for our family.”

“We were moved twice over our 9 day trip and downgraded to the smallest unit on our last 2 days.....telephone rings in suite everyday with "Concierge" trying to sell time share property. If that's your thing you'll have a blast.”

“Only stayed a couple of days to do some hiking. Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, great location and fun activities on site as well!!”

“Had a quick getaway for the family. Cabin was perfect place to relax and unwind!”

“Everythring was fine. Only Negatives would be that the right side glass of the fireplace fell out into my hand when I 1st opened it to start a fire. Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip.”

“We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids...

“Front desk ignored me both in person and when I called. Possibly due to me booking on vrbo? I’m not sure. Furnace was noisy in the unit, I called to let front desk know and they informed me they’d move anyone else checking in but not me (again, possibly because I booked on vrbo?). Beautiful place but I still don’t know where the pool is as I didn’t receive a map nor was it explained to me.”
