“Clean and good location ”

“Very friendly staff!”

“The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given.”

“The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for cooking, desk staff tended to be absent from the front quite often. Room was clean but hallways and elevator were dirty. Air conditioning worked fine.”

“When I checked in they were unable to look up my Bonvoy number - means internet was not free. Rooms felt old. Also there were several USB "A"" ports and NO USB "C" ports in the room. I didn't have a USB A to USB C cable - so charging phone, watch, etc was difficult. ”

“The room was clean. The area was quiet. The elevator had been out of commission and was STILL not working on the day we checked out. (We were there for 7 days, never saw anyone working on it) Being on the second floor was literally painful. No offers of help with the luggage when we checked in, although there was a sign stating that we could ask for help. They were short-staffed with only one lady at the front desk, certainly not going to ask her to drag the luggage up two flights of stairs. No...

“We had a lovely overnight stay in celebration of a milestone birthday. Dinner in Harpers Ferry was lovely, as was the very delicious and filling breakfast at the Inn. Thank you!”

“It’s probably the cleanest Red Roof Hotel I’ve ever been to and what made it difference is they’re all inside rooms so you feel safe and secure The staff and the people we met were all very nice and we will stay there again next year when we come down for the Leesburg flower and garden festival”
