La villa è ubicata nel territorio denominato “località Gricciano” . dove è possibile trovare tutti i servizi di prima necessità come banche, pronto soccorso, supermercati, ecc; Inoltre il viaggiatore , oltre a cogliere un momento di relax , con un giardino tipico mediterraneo ad uso esclusivamente privato dai turisti, rivive emozioni del tempo perduto di un mondo testimoniato da scavi archeologici, dove il passato si intreccia con il presente da storia archeologica e cultura.
La piscina è ad uso e a disposizione , solo ed esclusivamente per i viaggiatori che prenotano e soggiornano nella villa e nessun altro e non viene condivisa con nessun altro.
la lunghezza della piscina è di 9 metri e la larghezza di 4,50 cm ( 4\50 cm ) la profondità secondo le norme di legge italiane 1\45 cm.

La villa piuttosto spaziosa, può ospitare da un minimo di 5 persone ad un massimo di 8 persone. il costo della luce è a consumo di 0,45 centesimi a scatto kw.

La villa è disposta su un unico piano abitativo e si accede al suo interno da una entrata, Le stanze sono tutte climatizzate con ciascuno un bagno all’interno di esse mentre un bagno è comune a tutti.

l'aeroporto Fiumicino dista appena 25 km ed è facile da raggiungere, tuttavia è sempre consigliabile avere a propria disposizione un proprio mezzo per godere di una maggiore libertà ed autonomia. ( A richiesta Il proprietario è anche in condizione di offrire, transfert a pagamento , da o per l'aeroporto e dulcis in fundu visite guidate nella citta eterna di ROMA, sempre a pagamento . ) La villa è situata in un posto strategico, dove è possibile raggiungere, appena 15 km il lago di Bracciano, il mare a 6 km e le sue spiaggie. A tre km si trova la punta di diamante il museo archeologico Cerite dove attualmente è esposto il vaso di Eufronio decorato a figure rosse e modellato dal ceramista Euxtheos e dipinto dal ceramografo Eufronio intorno al 515 a.C.
