“スタッフが親切です。部屋も広く海外では珍しくお風呂とトイレが別なのもかなり良いです:)洗面台も広く海外なのに歯ブラシ、スリッパのアメニティあります。部屋から見える海は最高ですし夜はベランダから月と星がみえます。ビーチはパラソルは無く木の下でリラックスするタイプにはなりますがビーチベッドはあります。1番良かったポイントはお湯がしっかり出ます！またサイパンに来た時は宿泊したいです”

“深夜にも関わらず、笑顔で空港まで迎えに来てくれ、ありがたかったです。オーナーさんが韓国の方と知って驚きました。私の英語が下手だったのか、ほぼ日本語で会話しました。 私の旅計画に対しても色々と助言をしてくれ、それも強制せず一晩考えさせてくれました。 海も近く、すぐ泳いで行って帰ってシャワー浴びることができ、アクセスが最高でした。 また、目の前にGods fathers bar というイカつい名前のバーがありましたが、オーナーの勧めで行ったら、とても良い所で、 最高の歌とお酒とダンスで、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました！ ありがとうございました！”

“日本人５０代。ダイビングの宿として利用させてもらいました。良い点は清潔。スタッフさんがフレンドリー。レンタル自転車が敷地内に駐輪できる。残念な点は金庫が無い。注意点は紙が流せないタイプのトイレ。サイパンでは一般的。日本人から見て、費用対効果高いと感じます。”

“オーナーさんがとてもいい人です、簡単な日本語も話してくれますのでチェックインもスムーズです。各フロアに置いてあるウォーターサーバーも良かったです。階段しかないですがオーナーさんが運ぶのを手伝ってくれるので女性ひとり旅でもなんとかなります。 ”

“I did not expect thatcthiscwas not an Americal style hotel. The beds were too low to the floor and mattress was too firm. The room chairs were plastic. No boiling pot, no coffee, no hair dryer, toilet paper was on top of medicine cabinet. No holder. Had to go through my phone to connect to TV.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt but I wasn’t excited about the extra fees you charge for early check in when I checked out hours earlier than your usual check out time. The pool bar staff were very friendly and excited to greet guests and were enthusiastic in preparing your drinks. Housekeeping rules were not laid out so it was confusing to come home to no towels and trash to find out the rooms are not kept daily. A trash can in the elevator area would have been helpful for guests could rid...
