“The front desk manager was extremely helpful and got our room ready for an early checkin. We had an issue with our room and he moved us with no delay and had someone help.move our bags to the new room with no delay. Hotel location was excellent within walkjng distance to all the fine restaurants in Downtown two blocks from our 2 favorites LaCocco, Italian and La Gare french. Would stay again when visiting Santa Rosa in the future. ”

“This is probably the best hotel we have found for mineral hot springs. There is a hot pool (102-104 degrees), a warm pool (98 - 100 degrees) and a swimming pool that was also quite warm (90 degrees when I was there) The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because the front door to the room is a glass door and yes, there is a curtain that spans across the door for privacy, but it’s not really possible to use the door and have the curtain there at the same time. “This is such a beautiful property! Not a detailed is missed from a fireplace in the lobby to a cozy outdoor fireplace, beautiful pool and hottub with surrounding patio as well as a rec room! The rooms are equipt with little fireplaces, a cozy couch to drink wine, a beautiful patio and spacious bathroom along with a huge shower with two heads. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating! ”
