Situato vicino al U. S. Naval Station Arma, Charleston Southern University, North Charleston Convention Center. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto (Queen, regina, doppia), due bagni, sala da pranzo e camera familiare, cucina completamente accessoriata e di un garage privato. Sono sicuro che questo sarebbe migliorare notevolmente il comfort e la qualità del vostro soggiorno, mentre si sta creando i momenti speciali con i vostri altri significativi. Si trova a soli 15 minuti dal "quartiere storico" di Charleston, a 10 minuti dal quartiere commerciale più grande nella zona (Tanger Outlet), a pochi minuti dal più grande zona del centro commerciale; e tutti i tuoi ristoranti preferiti; e solo venti minuti dalle spiagge pulite / amichevoli di Carolina. Solo tre (3) minuti dalla Whirlin 'Waters Adventure Waterpark a North Charleston Wannamaker County Park (ottimo posto per bambini). Good communication with the owner. Great location, 1.4 miles from campus. Grocery store a couple blocks away. Not far from airport. 3 bedrooms gave us each a bedroom. Could use some porch furniture for us Northerners to sit out in the nice weather

No partial refund for a hurricane
Only stayed for a day and a half instead of 6 days because a hurricane was on the way. Couldn’t do any of our planned activities because of the weather. Unfortunately we were told there would be no refund/partial refund for leaving early. House was nice but bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Comfortable Home in Goose Creek - North Charleston
We had a great experience. The listing is very accurate. The home is very comfortable and had plenty of space for our group of four adults. The home is conveniently located to the NNPTC and the mall. It is about 20 - 30 minutes to the Charleston tourist areas and the beach.

Thank you for the heads up on the refrigerator. We placed the used towels in the wash machine and left a note on the table. The outside trash cans were overflowing. I placed them on the curb on trash day and they were emptied. Overall great stay in a nice house. Ray & Family

Short getaway
This place was convenient and clean. The owner was very responsive. We only had a few issues. One was the garage door. I wish I was told in advance about the trick to close. Second is the refrigerator. It makes an awful noise to open. It is awful at night when someone needed water.

The stay was good. It was nice. The house was overall clean and as pictured and advertised. It was nothing fancy or outstanding but it worked well for the 5 of us (me, my husband, my MIL, my teen son and preteen daughter) to stay for 5 days.

Nice Stay in North Charleston
This is a great property for the price point and was just what we were looking for. Quiet residential neighborhood with very easy and quick access to the Interstate 26 and Hwy 78 for going into Charleston (20 minute drive). Ray was an awesome host and very reachable and response by phone and text. About the wheelchair accessible listing for this property, the house is a single level with plenty of space for wheelchair maneuverability (we have a family member in a power wheelchair), but the exterior doors all have a lip 3 to 4 inches high that are not traversable by a power wheelchair. We brought a couple of 2" high rubber threshhold ramps with us and were able to make it work. I did alert host Ray to this issue and sent him a few links to inexpensive threshhold ramps that can be placed at the porch, front door, and door from the garage into the house. Ray was apologetic and very receptive to getting the information, so he may very well have these ramps installed by now, but you should probably check. The master bed is compatible with a Hoyer lift and the master bathroom has plenty of room for wheelchair maneuverability for toilet transfers. Note that there are no grab bars and the sink is not wheelchair accessible if this matters to you. For us though, this was the perfect place for what we needed and were looking for and Ray is a great host.

Review
The house is beautiful and so close to shops, restaurants, and easily accessible to the highway. The neighborhoods is very quiet. The only concern is the tub/shower and stool are not too senior (75 and older) friendly . But for my husband and I it was wonderful. We woyld definitely stay again. The host, Ray, was fantastic.

La Casa Charleston
Overall, it was good. Clean, furnished well, safe neighborhood. Furniture was old but clean. Fridge made a terrible noise; door handle fell off guest room closet, guest bathroom door would lock on its own, garage door we learned had to hold button down to get it to close. A garage door opener would have been nice. Would been nice to have outdoor furniture and a grill to use. But despite these little things place was great, and we had a great time in this beautiful city.

Nice getaway
The property was as advertised. The inside was clean and appealing. The property manager was immediately responsive when the garage door wasnt functioning well.The blinds on the windows looked flimsy and we were afraid to adjust them, and the yard could better care. Otherwise the home fit our needs well. Would stay again if in the area .

Property was in a quiet older subdivison about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. He made several suggestion concerning dining and things to do. We particularly liked Nigel's Good Food resaurant.

Good Value
About a 25 minute drive to the historic district. The house was spacious and in a nice suburban neighborhood. The living room furniture was very comfortable. One issue that was substantial was that the listing stated that there was a roll away bed. We were 4 adult women and didn't want to share beds. The rollaway was awful and no one could sleep on it. The general cleanliness was good. Some areas like corners, baseboards, etc. needed attention. The kitchen had essentials, but could have been a little better stocked...missing measuring spoons, scissors, etc. Overall the place was fine but needed some updating. For example the window blinds look like they went through a tornado. The host was extremely responsive! He checked in to make sure everything was going okay. When I mentioned that one of the tubs was slow draining, but nothing that couldn't wait until we checked out, he immediately sent someone to fix it.

Adorable Stay
We had the best time in Charleston and this place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and felt that we all had our in spaces. It was clean, and the neighborhood was adorable. We felt very safe and the neighbors were friendly. I don’t feel the listed pictures give this place the Justice it deserves. It was a short trip to downtown Charleston, the beaches and plantations. We plan to come back to Charleston and hope this place will be available when we do.
