La Lake View Suite è una suite rinnovata di 1700 piedi quadrati recentemente rinnovata con tre camere da letto (2 letti matrimoniali e 2 letti singoli). La Suite ha due ingressi: uno da Bridge Street nel cuore del quartiere dello shopping e uno da Bridge Park Drive a pochi passi dal porto turistico di Charlevoix.

Con soffitti alti e una parete di vetro di 16 ', puoi guardare l'alba sul bellissimo Round Lake mentre ti godi la tua tazza di caffè mattutina. La terrazza arredata privata da 20 "x 20" con barbecue a gas offre uno spazio di vita unico con una vista eccezionale su Round Lake e sul porto turistico. Siediti e divertiti a guardare le barche che vanno al lago Michigan e al porto turistico. La Lake View Suite si trova a breve distanza in auto da Castle Farms, rendendola una location privilegiata per feste nuziali e alloggi per famiglie

Annual trip to Charlevoix the Beautiful
My family has been vacationing in Charlevoix for 20+ years. Joan's condo is the best experience we've ever had there! By far the best location in town for a family to enjoy everything Charlevoix has to offer. Joan was extremely helpful & easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back in 2024!!

Perfect Place to Play and Relax
This is our second time renting this wonderful condo, and we plan to rent again and again. The location is convenient and the view of Lake Charlevoix is spectacular. If you’re an early riser, the sunrise is just beautiful. Also, the host was so easy to work with. Activities, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed every minute of great weather, beautiful water, and great food, of course, friendly people. Can’t wait to go back!

Great visit
This was our first time using VRBO so I was a little hesitant. Joan made it easy and communicated well throughout the entire stay. This location is AMAZING! There are a lot of stairs to climb which was a little harder on my 76 year old mom but we did our best to minimize trips up and down for her. We will definitely be back!

The Sweet Spot! Couldn't have been more pleased. Right in the middle of everything with a perfect view of Round Lake and the marina, mere steps to dozens of shops, restaurants and fun things to do and see. Joan is a wonderful host! Had one small glitch at the start of our stay and her team was on it - fully resolved in a couple of hours. Wonderful property with every amenity. Gonna miss it badly - every morning around 9:30 the sun turns Round Lake into an enormous chandelier with 10,000 twinkles. Just magic!

Perfect location for a girlfriend trip and wonderful host
I rented site for girl vacation with shopping and fall color tour and my sister had a dog. This house was perfect for all our needs and French bakery next door with yummiest pastries and coffee and had beautiful sunrise and moonrise in evening to enjoy on the upper deck.

Perfect Location!

OUTSTANDING wedding week location
There couldn't be a better location for this property. It is RIGHT DOWNTOWN and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. A lot of thought and intentionality went in to making the space very user friendly, including labeling light switches, basic supplies in the cupboard (including coffee) to get us started, quick response to any questions or needs that we had. We could not have asked for a better location to stay the week before our son's wedding. Well done!
