Loved Roscoe Village

Great property close to many nice local restaurants and shops. 30 minute walk to Wrigley Field. We did rent a car because we took a day trip to Indiana Dunes, but you really don’t need one for staying in Chicago. There was plenty of free parking on the side streets. El station was close by. Can’t say enough nice things about the neighborhood. It was very safe and friendly. This was the perfect location and we would stay here again for sure when back in the area.

Family trip to Wrigley

Our family came to Chicago for the first time to watch the Blue Jays play at Wrigleys field. The condo was perfect for us, nice neighbourhood, great local restaurants and Jon was a wonderful host We would definitely go back there

Great find in a fabulous neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was absolutely perfect for us just a few doors down from our daughter's apartment in the same neighborhood of Roscoe Village. This apartment is clean, bright, and well-furnished, and really convenient in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Jon is a fabulous host who made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The bonus? He owns the awesome wine bar right downstairs - perfect for this family of wine lovers to start our visit off just right. The neighborhood is great, too, filled with lots of independent shops, restaurants and bars, and convenient to the city, too. We even walked to Wrigley Field for a game! We definitely will be back.

Great area

Easy check in, apartment clean, well stocked, host responds quickly. Many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Very nice area. Parking on side streets with in easy walking district. Some street noise heard at night. Not a problem for us, we live on a busy street. Black out curtains or shades would be nice in the front bedroom off the living room. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

Roscoe stay

Excellant location, great restaurants, bars and shopping. Very walkable and safe. Enjoyed live music and beverages at the Roscoe Village Halloween block party right outside the unit.

Beautiful stay !!

A wonderfully located place ! Excellent restful apartment with all the amenities needed. A nice walk to Wrigley and easy walk to the cta . Beautiful community with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Host Jon was wonderful and responsive to any needs . A great stay!!

Great neighborhood, plenty to do, plentiful restaurants. Nice walk to ballpark through wonderful neighborhoods. Apartment was as advertised, very comfortable, great amenities. Host was spectacular. Volo restaurant, Kitsch’n on Roscoe, and The Bakehouse were spectacular.

Roscoe Village gem

We loved our stay here! Jon was responsive and very accommodating, both leading up to and during our stay. Roscoe Village is a cool little neighborhood, and this property is in the heart of it all.

Fantastic location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The photos don’t capture how cute the unit is and how centralized it is in the Roscoe neighborhood. It’s also a short walk to the train and downtown Chicago. Would stay here again!

Roscoe Village Rules

Unbelievable time in Chicago. RV was convenient to everything we had planned. We walked to wrigley, took the train to various neighborhoods and even whipped those Uber scooters around. Jon was an amazing host and the coffee shop across the street had the best cinnamon buns

Can we live here ?!

The neighborhood was beautiful, I wish I could live there. Gas station across the street was very handy. The parks nearby also kept my toddler busy. I love the living room window. I spend my time there watching tv. Felt like I was in NYC

Great Neighborhood

Enjoyed the chicago neighborhood. Walked to coffee shops, shopping , thrifting, brunch, dinner and upscale wine bar. So much fun. A 20.00 Lyft ride to Michigan Ave.

Loved Roscoe village

Loved the location ! The place was great beautiful decorating and loved Roscoe village ! This village had cute boutique stores and beautiful restaurants! We were there for my sons baby shower, who lives there and will be using this apt again ! Jon was helpful when my daughter in law was having trouble getting into the apt and everything was handled smoothly and quickly !
