“This hotel allowed somebody to fraudulent use my information and use my win key cash to obtain a room. They never asked for ID or asked her for a credit card which that’s their requirement. I would stay clear from this hotel. I’ve been fighting with him to get a refund they keep saying it’s not them. It has to be hotel.com. No, they can easily refund it but they refuse because they know they are wrong and don’t want any to admit it the wrong.”

“Spostandoci nel nostro tour dal Maine verso il New Hampshire siamo arrivati a Rochester e abbiamo deciso di fermarci una notte. Al nostro arrivo una signora alla RECEPTION ci ha accolti molto bene, la camera spaziosa e pulita e la ottima e l’abbondante colazione ci ha fatto stare bene. 👍”

“The Inn is very special and we definitely enjoyed staying in there. Although we did not have a chance to meet them in person, the host have been very responsive to our enquiries during our stay. There are some flaws which could be easily be corrected. The freshness of the breakfast food should be better monitored and the room does not have a hair dryer. May be also a good idea to have the small kitchen on the same floor as the dining tables.”

“A diamond in the rough. The owners were so welcoming and engaging. The historical home was immaculate and the breakfast was complete with a roaring fire and great conversation. We will be coming back again.”

“It was nice but there was a black stain on the floor in the bathroom and it sort of smelled like smoke. Another thing is the shower door that bangs on the wall. I heard other peoples doors so I know they heard mine and it was just really loud. ”

“We were there for a mini-vacation during school break. We mainly wanted to use the pool. We had a great time! The hotel was clean, the beds comfy, the staff friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. We will return again!”
