“Could see outside from around windows. Shower didn't work right. Staff was really nice.”

“This is a fantastic hotel that's neatly tucked away right before you entrance to Leavenworth. The staff was amazing and the room was right up there as well. I can't think of one thing that frustrated me. I will definitely stay there again!”

“Front desk staff were unhelpful. We tried to notify them of a spill near the elevator but it was left for hours. We asked for a late checkout but they didn’t inform us that there would be a charge. We received a $22 dollar fee on our card days later. I called to explain that we were not told. They said there was nothing they could do. We’ll be staying elsewhere next time.”

“If you desire peace and quiet with no children, this is the place to stay. From our room we had a gorgeous view of the countryside and the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Parking was easy as it was right in front of the building. There were some downsides. Even with the heating vents covered the room felt hot at night. Opening the balcony door solved the problem. Also, there is no elevator that we could find and many of the rooms are on the second floor. The...
