“This was the perfect cottage for our annual girls weekend. The property was just as described with ample space, generous accommodations, and a very responsive host. It was a close drive to restaurants and shopping and the view of the lake was picturesque. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Adorable cabin and our host Kasia was wonderful. The only reason I didn’t give full 5 stars was because the first night the smoke alarms starting intermittently beeping. It stopped for a day then started again. My husband was able to change the battery. These batteries should at least be changed once a year. For a VRBO probably every 6 months. “I would recommend staying here but I felt they missed the mark a bit. BEWARE checking in, they issue a 4 digit code to get in when you need a 10 digit code. After getting inside the buildings the cleanliness and ammentities were spot on! They had all the utinsels for cooking meals which was very much appreciated. “The property is beautiful and so peaceful! Of all the vacation homes our family has stayed in, this kitchen was by far the best equipped. The host did a great job of spraying for mosquitoes. No problem with them at all if we stayed on the property. Once we ventured off for a walk or bike ride, a different story for sure. We loved the large front porch (especially the swing) and the large back deck. Our family of 10 all fit on the big table back there with plenty of arm room. Nice size bedrooms...

“The house and surrounding woods were great.There is a nice trail right by the house. You cannot access the lake without a 3 mile drive or a 2+ mile walk. There is a very steep stairway that leads to a pier half a mile away. This is not safe for kids. Signage says you cannot fish on the pier or near the beach. Shore fishing is nearly impossible. This place is ideal for hiking and has great trails for recreational atv, dirt bikes, etc. but if you are wanting to swim or fish look else where. You...
