“Cleanliness was top notch. Valet guys were awesome as well as front desk personnel. Safety was a priority for guests! My only complaints are that you could not control your room temperature and you could hear people conversing in neighboring rooms. ”

“This is my second time staying at Ameristar and it does not disappoint. The rooms are great with nice beds, pillows and the bathroom is fantastic! I also love that it's easy to walk to other properties /casinos if you want to check things out. Food at the Fireside Grill is very good with enough variety that you can eat there multiple times and not have the same thing. Overall a positive experience and this is exactly where I'll stay on my next trip to Blackhawk.”
