Strategicamente situato nel Westside storico di Colorado Springs, a pochi minuti di I-25 e Hwy 24, centro di Colorado Springs, Vecchio Colorado City, Manitou Springs e il Broadmoor, questa nuova casa è dotato di aria condizionata, con quattro camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 2 regine 1 dble), 3. 5 bagni. La casa è decorata professionalmente in un confortevole stile country, con uno sciopero livello del giardino. I letti aggiuntivi sono un divano letto in una camera familiare (2 gemelli) e divani letto sia nel Living Room e Family Room. Tutti i letti nuovi Simmons materassi Beauty Rest.

Dispone di 2 posti auto nel vialetto, così come parcheggio fuori vista per altri due veicoli / rimorchi / camper nella parte posteriore. Il cortile recintato ha un patio di cemento con un barbecue a gas e tavolo da pranzo e sedie e un pozzo del fuoco con sedie (quando consentito per città ordinanza). Un mazzo fuori del soggiorno ha una vista di Pikes Peak con comodi posti a sedere. Ci sono televisori e DVD sia nel Living Room e Family Room e una sala giochi nel garage con tavolo da ping pong, biliardino, tavolo da poker, freccette e un armadio pieno di giochi, così come, un armadio gioco al piano superiore con le camere . Ci sono un sacco di libri e 2-6 biciclette a disposizione (devono essere prenotati in anticipo) per cavalcare le piste ciclabili locali a pochi minuti dalla casa.

Great stay
Had a few issues but the host worked extremely hard to remedy. Nothing that was in their control, but worked hard to remedy and ensure we were taken care of.

Perfect perfect perfect!
Booked this property for my family while they were in town visiting for my wedding. I live in the neighborhood and love it here, so I wanted them near by so we could spend all our time together. The property was perfect for the family! So much space, a lot of seating and table space, close to everything fun, and the owner was amazing to work with. I would absolutely have my family stay here again!

Great Last Minute Find!
The location we were originally supposed to stay in didn’t have AC and so we needed to find a place for our band ASAP. (We were in CS to perform at The Fine Arts Center.) Luckily, we saw this gem. I reached out to Joanne and she got back to us immediately. Her place had everything we needed and in a great location too!! We had a great 6 day stay at her place. We’ll be back.

Great Property for a big Family
The stay at this property was great. Enough rooms and restrooms for a big family like mine. The location was also great, not far from where I wanted to go. The host was kind enough to share some info and things to do while in Colorado. Overall, great property and definitely recommend to people with a big family or group.

JoAnne was great to work with. We had a last minute dilema in that my husband injiured his leg and knee and was unable to walk or bear weight on leg or do any stairs. She was very nice in giving us an upgrade to a property that was more suitable, with ADA access - wonderful location very close to historical manitou springs. Would definately stay again..

Overall good property
Overall the property was good. Nice location. This property wasn't too far from any of the great tourist areas! There were four bedrooms and a twin bed with trundle in the downstairs family room so we had nice beds for the 10 of us. We couldn't utilize the outdoors due to the chairs being broken. They did fix the 4 chairs on the deck but not the ones by the fire pit area. I would hear back the following day with any concerns or problems we had on the property. This property met our needs and we would stay here again when visiting this area.

Colorado Wedding
We were in Colorado to attend my daughter's wedding. Joanne was available to answer any questions. The house was very comfortable and spacious, 7 adults & 1 child) We enjoyed the deck. My grandson loved the shuffle board table. Our group was able to enjoy horseback riding, zip line, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs (just minutes from the home).

Very Pleasent Stay
The property was clean and well taken care of. We had a great stay. My son got married in Colorado Springs and the VRBO house was a perfect fit for us. My Wife and I had the Master Bed rm and the 4 other bedrooms were just as comfortable as the master. The 1/2 duplex was just right. We ended up hosting a small party the evening of the wedding and we had enough room for guests to visit without feeling jammed in. Great place to stay.

Great location, attentive owner, deteriorating property
This property has many features that made it a great VRBO for my family while we waited for our house to close during our relocation to Colorado Springs. The miniature pool table and foosball table were a great addition that the children loved that they don't normally get to play with at home while they were already in disrepair they were functional enough for the kids to have fun. The neighborhood also had a number of children that immediately were happy to play with ours giving it a true family-friendly feel for the location. Unfortunately even though the overall space is more than adequate and meets expectations of things like size of bedrooms and amount of seating, the fit and finish of the property is in a decline state. Furnishings were not generally comfortable including both living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. During our stay some of this furniture was updated however not to fully new furniture but rather just less old furniture than what was there when we started our stay. Ultimately the owner was very responsive both to text and messages within the VRBO platform before, during, and after; however that did not keep her from filing a damage claim weeks after our stay for items that were not previously discussed. Ultimately given the location, the relatively low cost of the rental, and other intangible factors, I would say that this rental should still be considered for your stay in Colorado Springs with the hope that the overall fit and finish of the property improves over time.

The duplex is spacious and located centrally for tourists near Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and Cheyenne National Park. I would consider the duplex clean and in a safe neighborhood and served us well for the price. We were in town to site see and just used this to cook some dinner and sleep. This is not a luxury, high end stay. The carpets are worn and would be much better with some laminate which would be easier to maintain and provide a better appearance for the guest.. The furniture is not older and not all that comfortable. This is arid climate and landscaping is left to nature, mostly gravel. Overall I felt the duplex was fairly priced for the accomodations.

Good place to stay!
First impression on entering the home wasn't great, but as we stayed there through the week, it greatly improved. Our first impression saw stained, worn carpet and older furniture. But as we stayed there, we recognized that the bathrooms are new and great, kitchen seems newer and well stocked with any kitchen item we needed, the beds were plentiful and comfortable and there were two tvs for us to use. So we ended up really liking the place! Just a guess, but it seems like they're updating and upgrading the place over time. I can appreciate that, and I'd stay there again if we go that way.

Lower level: exposed wiring from ceiling no smoke detectors toilet broken broken lamps/light bulbs hanging from sockets back door broken/no screen or glass ants everywhere nasty old furniture had holes/bad smell bed linens old frayed smelly 1st floor: stove full of grease/set off smoke detector coffee maker had old grinds left in it kitchen towels dirty/hair balls stuck to them no toaster layer of gummy grime covered every surface curtains on sliding door kept falling off ants Living room: broken window on bay window/no screen no curtain on bay window/tacked up blanket for privacy furniture old/musty smelly ants 2nd floor: nasty old linens towels had hair all over them hair in shower drains dirty womens underwear found in master had to replace several light bulbs toy closet/dirty, mosty broken & missing pieces ants Outdoor space: Could not use. Overgrown/nasty. old furniture/rusted out firepit...not usuable bees/ants etc. Carpeting throughout was filthy disgusting/ants coming up through. Owner states rental "professionally decorated" & has a "professional cleaner". Nothing could be further from the truth. Very old ugly furniture NOT antique as described. Anyone can clearly see this place has not been cleaned. I actually ran out Friday evening (rental was aug. 9-13), bought cleaning supplies & did what I could. Checkout 10 AM. Tuesday Aug.13th. At 8am men banging at door wanting entry to fix window, I told them to come back at 10 when we leave. The OWNER then used her key & let these guys in (8:05am) came in with them & ran back out before we could get a word with her! WE WERE NOT EVEN DRESSED. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Stayed three nights in mid July
This house is in an older neighborhood, with a house near by that is boarded up (maybe in renovation). We had a group of five so it was cheaper than staying in a hotel. It was nice that we could all be together for morning coffee and relax at the end of the day. The kitchen table is large and the furniture is comfortable. As said in a previous review, there is more room than it looks like in the pictures. I would say it lacked attention to detail, any special little touches and is in need of minor repairs.

Family Vacation Colorado Springs
We have booked our family vacations through VRBO for many years and have always been satisfied. This vacation was one of the best. Joanne was very easy to get a hold of. Any questions that I had regarding the area or the house she was quick to answer. When we arrived the house was very clean and in perfect order. The cleaning company does a very good job. The house decor was perfect and was very well stocked for what we needed. Plenty of pots/pans/crock pot/towels, etc. I would definitely book this house again. The area was perfect. It was close to all things we wanted to do in the area.

Very roomy
A lot of room. We were in town for my nephews wedding and there was a lot of room for everyone who had come in from all over the country. Nice view of the mountains and Pikes peak off the deck in back. Small things could have been a little better. A couple light bulbs needed replacing and the foosball table needs some work. Huge benefit is the number of bathrooms. Downstairs basement area is like a separate unit for privacy. This was the main reason we selected this unit. Overall an excellent stay and great for a large group of people to congregate

Cozy Home for Work
The house was comfortable, clean, and provided a nice place for us to stay in Colorado Springs. The rooms were spacious and provide the privacy that was needed for the crew staying there. The kitchen is a little small, but was well stocked with what we needed for a week's stay. It took us over an hour to check into the house and our phone calls where not returned in a timely manner. However, the landowner was apologetic and compensated us accordingly, which was nice gesture. Overall, the experience was good and I would stay at this house again.
