“Cathy and Bruce’s guest suite was exactly what we were looking for. Remote enough to be able to enjoy the hot tub with full privacy, but close enough to Golden that we had easy access to stores and restaurants. Cathy and Bruce were both super personable too. Cathy had amazing recommendations for restaurants and local attractions and Bruce was a fount of knowledge about the area and local regulations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.”

“We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law to meet our new grandbaby but needed a place to stay as they had just moved and were not set up yet to receive us. This little carriage house was perfect. The house is simple, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It is also extremely well located. We were close to the water and several popular beaches -- also a short walk to an excellent little grocery store/market, cafe/bakery, and other lovely shops. Very suitable for a couple of any age.
