Off the Beaten Path
We just stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Wish we had more time to enjoy the relaxing location with no traffic. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Peace & quiet, Super clean & up to date equipment. We loved everything going on in the area. Fayetteville had an ART WALK FESTIBLE happening & we had to get some paintings & stain glass & more, JUST LOVE EVERYTHING,

The property was as listed and very quaint and quiet. The refrigerator could have used a little cleaning and the bathroom could benefit from a ceiling fan. The cows were entertaining.

Family Thanksgiving dinner
The property was lovely, Quiet and cozy. It has a fenced in yard for our Jack Russell Shorty. Which he loved. We had initially planned the trip to attend Thanksgiving with family. The family member was unable to host Thanksgiving dinner so Waldine ,our host allowed, us to have the festivities there. We brought most items needed to prepare dinner. However when we arrived she had most everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and appliances needed. We had a great time with the kiddos and grandkids. After we were able to watch the football game. Later when everyone went home we enjoyed a peaceful evening watching the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine. Checkout was a breeze. Thank you Waldine for providing a home away from home. The cottage gave a warm family gathering fell. It all felt as if we were back at my grandparents house cooking, while the kids played in the yard, later enjoying our family meal.

The key was under a mat that was very smelly. There were used Kleenexes on the bench in bedroom. Hand towel in bathroom was not clean. Towels left out were very old but there were new ones in the cabinet. Afghans on couch were dirty. Queen bed was comfy but single beds were very hard. Microwave was dirty. No snacks. Place needs to be de cluttered and dusted. Extra blankets and pillows were on the floor in closet.

Quiet Farmhouse
We were traveling to visit family in Colorado County for Christmas and enjoyed our brief stay at this quiet country farmhouse. It was just what we needed to have some time alone as a family between larger family gatherings. Our son (10) and daughter (7) fit perfectly in the second bedroom with two beds. The master had a comfy bed for the wife and I. The kids enjoyed seeing deer and cattle. Waldine was very responsive, which came in handy since we forgot the “elf on a shelf” when we left the property and had to return to retrieve it!🎅🏼

Comfortable Country home
So glad I found this home during our multi-state trip. Loved waking up in such a beautiful setting. The beds were comfortable, loved the soft sheets! We traveled to area attractions so we didn’t get to enjoy the home other than having coffee and pastries from the local bakery. Loved our dinner at the Wine Bar at Fayetteville Hotel! The only complaint was the strong scent from the plug in air fresheners. Just a personal issue as it triggers breathing problems for myself. We just unplugged them and put them outside until we left.
