Resta sul fiume Saco accanto a un ponte coperto

La vista da questa casa è sorprendente. Posizione incredibilmente panoramica; questo affascinante mantello vintage del 1915 si trova in alto sulla riva del fiume Saco proprio accanto al ponte coperto di Saco a Conway, nel New Hampshire. Non si stanca mai del suono e del movimento del fiume. La riva del fiume Saco si trova a pochi metri da uno dei due portici chiusi da cui godrete anche di una vista pittoresca del ponte coperto.

Non c'è niente come il suono del fiume Saco che scorre veloce, e ti divertirai a sentirlo dall'area della firepit, il fantastico portico chiuso (uno dei due!) con vista panoramica sul fiume e sul ponte e dalla camera da letto principale. Immagina di addormentarti!

La casa conserva tutto il suo fascino vintage con dettagli come pavimenti in legno, un ampio portico del contadino, un focolare in mattoni con una stufa a pellet e dettagli in legno. Disposizione premurosa con un ampio soggiorno aperto, cucina abitabile, fango, lavanderia al primo piano, bagno al primo piano e al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e un bagno completo. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale in uno dei portici chiusi.

Cammina o guida sul ponte coperto appena fuori dalla porta per raggiungere Davis Park, con una spiaggia sabbiosa, campi da tennis e da basket. In estate, lascia cadere un po 'i kayak lungo il fiume e guidali lungo il fiume e portali fuori sulla spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada. E ovviamente sei a meno di 5 minuti a North Conway.

Saco river house
Love this house, we've stayed here several times. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The house is well stocked. Owner is quick to reply to any questions & provides plenty of information prior to arriving.

Conway getaway
Was a beautiful home right along the river with a gorgeous view of a covered bridge close to downtown Conway. Host was very accommodating and very communicative. Would definitely rent again. Was a great quick getaway for my family for the holidays.

Great Place
We absolutely loved the place. It is right next to the bridge and has great views of Saco River. It was comfortable and had the things we needed. Plenty of room for families and a lot of amenities we had access to!

Incredible location. PERFECT for family!
The river, covered bridge so picturesque. Cranmore 15 min away. Shops close by for anything you could want. It was perfect for our winter vacation with 6 kids ages 7-15. Really enjoyed our stay. Last day with light snow, perfect ending! Rich was incredible host and very accommodating! Pleasure to work with!

So much more than expected!

One night getaway
This home was amazing for a weekend up north. Close to the center of town and a lot of amazing sightseeing. The house was clean, stocked and he was great at communicating everything about the property and was easy to reach. Slept 8 people comfortably and had everything we could possibly need.

Perfect Weekend getaway
Everything was perfect . The house is so clean & cozy & fully stocked . The view of saco river is beautiful. You can sit by the firepit and relax or play games all provided by homeowners . The enclosed porch with glass windows is the perfect spot in the home to just relax and see the river. Rich was amazing from booking process & right to the end . We will be booking again soon.

Incredible views in the morning
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Conway. The views were incredible! We had one issue during our visit, we thought a breaker was thrown upstairs in the bathroom, but when I texted Rich he immediately text back and said check the gfi plug…that’s what it was! He was very quick to respond and had everything labeled for easy understanding. We would definitely stay here again but maybe longer!!

Just beautiful, close to town. House had everything we needed and more. I suggest sleeping on sun porch with door open listening to the river. Slept so wonderful. My 1 year old granddaughter enjoyed listening and watching the river as well. She even slept good. Thank you so much for making our family trip one to remember.

Perfect location
So awesome to be right on the river. The views were amazing and it was so close to tubing center that we walked back from the end of our float. The house was the most well stocked that I’ve experienced (and I rent frequently). The host was very responsive for the few small issues that came up. It was amazing overall.

Amazing property on the river
Our family had an amazing time in Rich’s house. Being right on the river makes family adventures so fun and the amenities Rich offered were above and beyond. His house has everything covered, fully-stocked, grill, fire pits, all towels, tubes, life vests, waterproof phone cases… you will literally only need your clothes and groceries when you walk in. We enjoyed using the front patio and rocking chairs on the decks. We had some cool nights and it was fun to sit by the fire, along with the heating units provided. Easy access to the beach across the bridge. The kids walked up to swift river bridge and threw the tubes in and just floated to the beach and walked back up. We all had so much fun and being together, as a family, at the end of the night was peaceful. We are very thankful we were able to stay here and will stay again.

All the amenities
We were a group of 6 adults meeting up for a relaxing weekend. We were all very happy with the house, the stocked kitchen, plentiful seating, and fire pits. The covered bridge and river were serene and even with rainy weather we had a lovely time. Recommend to anyone looking for a house with thoughtful touches.
