Cookeville Condo
This was my first experience with VRBO, and Ms. Garrett has certainly made a FANTASTIC first impression. She went out of her way to make sure that I had a perfect stay, from the check-in process, to the beautiful accommodations. The condo was nicely furnished and immaculately clean. Everything far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this condo, and this hostess, and I will book this location again the next time I am in town!

A perfect condo.
Very clean well furnished condo. Quiet. Hard to say more when it was perfect for 2 couples. Two baths a plus, as well as the washer and dryer. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Place
The home was surprisingly comfortable. The layout of the home was spacious for a two bedroom and it felt cozy. And kept very clean. The location was great and centrally located to everything we needed to get too. With a CVS a block away and a Walmart a mile down the road, things were always close by. Yet the community was peaceful and quiet. Kept forgetting we were in town. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing a place in Cookeville or anywhere in Middle Tn.

Dana was wonderful to work with. This was my first time using VRBO. Needless to say I was a little skittish. Dana got back to me right away. Usually within a half hour. This place was perfect, very clean, nice safe area , and the beds were comfortable, It was perfect, I can’t say enough. Do to classes nearby we are staying there next week also...

Wonderful
This was my first time renting from a private owner and if I had a reason to visit again, I would stay here every time. The place was immaculate. What was so surprising is how well the kitchen was stocked. We had a great time because we had a great place to stay.

Perfect Place
Dana's place was perfect. Conveniently located off of 10th Street. Very close to stores and restaurants, some within walking distance. The condo was very clean and comfortable. With two bedrooms and two full baths, it was perfect for my sister and I. Having a full kitchen was a bonus for cooking our meals. Nice little patio with a gas grill. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to be in the Cookeville area.

Wonderful place and location!
Dana was a wonderful host. Great communication which made check-in a breeze. The place is exactly as described also super clean and the beds are very comfortable. It’s the perfect location if you are visiting Cummins Falls, Calfkiller Brewery, and surrounding towns such as Sparta or McMinnville. Overall, a wonderful host, place, location, and I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as described! Comfortable and nice furnishings! Was only a 3 night stay but much better than a hotel when you travel all the time for business. Beautiful Condo
Property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was there. It would have been a great Vacation if not for the RAIN, RAIN, RAIN. We came to play golf but all the courses were totally unplayable. Came home 5 days early. The condo was great. Very comfortable beds, great TV's with lots of channels. Really appreciated the coffee, creamer etc. and washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again!
