But the room service was not good, we called both Friday night and Saturday night to request for soft drinks every single time we were told that they have none. “Endah at the front desk was the epitome of customer service and kindness. I had forging charging cord and she lent me her own, which enabled me to workout to my favorite music and get a good workout in during my stay. Alfredo in the bar/restaurant was incredibly hospitable and a great conversationalist. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, from housekeeping all the way up! I will definitely stay here again.”
