Great beach access although lots of stairs so not for folks with mobility challenges. We had dinner made at the house three nights and it was fantastic. Beach was safe and comfortable for swimming. “Great stay at Sea Breeze for adult trip (3 couples)- Shirley was so attentive and helped with everything before and during our stay, she was amazing! House is in good location, safe neighborhood with plenty of room. We used their private chef recommendation for breakfast and dinner one day and it was awesome. Pool is big and layout of rooms very easy- we played pickleball for hours each day on the private court. Only negatives were that the indoor furniture is a bit odd and dated for hanging...

“The villa was a great fit for our family vacation (nine adults and three kids under 4 year old). The host / concierge was great, responsive – example - arranged introduction massages for the travel weary on arrival, providing contacts for taxi, deliveries etc.. etc.. The pool was very nice, along with the outdoor kitchen - the center of our activities with the kids. We did the inhouse – chef-in for one of the family dinners, which was very well done, and recommended if you had a busy day and...

We had Ariel as our concierge and he was FABULOUS! We had a private chef, he booked us transportation and he went grocery shopping for us. Truly a wonderful stay, would love to go back!”
