“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. “Bon déjà j’ai pas séjourner dans le même logement qui est sur les photos Il a eu un soucis des travaux donc l’autre ma pas convenu et puis la personne a fait très vite maximum pour gérer un autre endroit ressemblant Donc pour moi je m’y attendais pas à ça mais ils sont tout fait pour régler super vite et que je reste satisfaite ”

“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible.
