“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

“Die Wohnung ist mitten in Saint Tropez in einer hervorragenden Lage. Auf den Fotos schien sie etwas größer. Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko. Wir haben sie zu zwei Erwachsenen und zwei großen Kinder genutzt. Für eine Nacht war das okay - für länger wäre es sehr beengt. Für ein Paar ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die Lage ist einfach perfekt!”
