“We stayed in the Jungle Room, and it was spectacular. The view of the ocean from the two hanging chairs was amazing. Not only was the ocean beautiful, but we saw squirrel monkeys, scarlet macaws, and more, right from the room. Having the room open to the ocean also meant sleeping to the sound of waves crashing and waking up to the sounds of birds. Basically what you think of when you dream about paradise. If we come back to Quepos, we will be looking to stay here again. ”

“The place was very cute but the check in for us was a nightmare. Could not get in contact with anyone and couldn’t find the exact location. Hotels.com was on the verge of finding us another place because nobody would answer the phone at the number provided when luckily another property owner knew of the place and helped us find it. Should just say in the listing to check in at Mar hotel or Don Taco.”

Every day we saw monkeys, sloths and beautiful birds right from our backyard all while relaxing in the pool with an incredible view. Maria made everything so easy from booking our excursions, to cooking meals and even helping us get a taxi. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. Pura Vida!”

“birthday trip for me and my friend and our husbands!! Costa Rica is AMAZING! Yosue was so prompt on any questions we had - he helped us book some AMAZING tours!! and also helped us with restaurants. We would never have gone to the Monarco Butterfly House/Cafe for lunch if he had not recommended it. The house was great for the 4 of us - plenty of room to move around and the pool was beautiful! the 2 flights of stairs is only drawback :) but it is worth it!”

“Very beautiful house and property. Exactly as described and as seen in pictures. The house had everything we needed. Only issue I had was with communication and directions. We couldn’t find the house, The address that was sent was a dropped pin. The directions that were sent were not accurate and out of order. No one was answering the phone and or messages. We were lost and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to stop and ask numerous locals for directions. ”
