“Wonderful experience ”

“Ottima la presenza di macchina per caffè nella lobby e la possibilità di depositare i bagagli gratuitamente. La stanza è piccola ma con tutto ciò che serve (meno il bidet). La pulizia è decisamente da migliorare. All'arrivo nella stanza mancava il telecomando, ma dopo segnalazione alla reception hanno provveduto nell'arco di 5 minuti a procurarne uno funzionante.”

“We were there for The BullShooter Dart Tournament. Reservation was for a King with a couch. Checked in and had a queen with no couch. Called the front desk and room was changed with an upgrade to a suite. Staff was wonderful. ”

“Our original arrival at the suites was a lot better than checkin, and the same young man who saw us upon arrival as there on our departure which was so nice, we had a sofa bed but no blankets for it, but we managed ”
