“The staff were lovely! The food was great most days, some days it was mediocre. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly large! Very accommodating. The pool was clean, however they have the family pool with the bar instead of the adult pool. So adults had to go over to another pool to get drinks. Everything else was beautiful and well done!”

“The staff and service were lovely. The hotel itself was disappointing. Our room was dated and furnished in a way that I would not expect from a luxury hotel. The room had no view, and was situated next to housekeeping and maintenance closets that were used from early morning to late at night. Despite the great service, there's no way I would choose to stay at this hotel again.”

“Check in was really smooth. Everyone speaks decent English. I arrived early and they were able to check me in. Ocean view was very nice. The beach is just below so you're going to hear music and people on the beach. I enjoyed the sound of this. I'd stay here again.”
