“I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing. “Beautiful property. Very clean, quiet, peaceful. Just sitting in the room felt like a holiday itself! Staff were attentive and courteous. Food at the hotel restaurant was very good. We saw monkeys, iguanas, and raccoons at the pool. Beach is truly beautiful. Very calm, minimal waves. This is my perfect type of beach. My young teens, however, said that the beach was "too boring" after having been at some beaches with more waves/surf. This was our last stop on our way home after 2 weeks spent...

“Già visitato nel passato è migliorato molto al passo con l'evoluzione del turismo costaricense che è passato dal hippy-surfista al viaggiatore green magari con famiglia a seguito. Poche camere, il gestori parlano quasi solo inglese, ma con difficoltà capiscono un po' di spagnolo (in Costa Rica!!). La stragrande maggior parte dei loro clienti è nord americana, gli unici europei eravamo noi, con 2 bambini di 8 e 10 anni. Non prevede la colazione se non a pagamento circa 10$, il ristorante è buono...
