“Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it! ”

“Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. ”

“This well stocked small villa provided a great base for Cala Capitan beach, coastal walks or the main “strip” for the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the strip. The short walk to the beach does require you to walk along a trail that a previous review found difficult - it is a bit like a cart track at certain points, so you do need to be steady on your feet - we carried the beach chair included in the Villa without any issues. “Lovely property had everything you could need. Excellent communication with all involved. It really is a lovely place to stay and within walking distance to Cabo Roig strip and beach. Only downside was unfortunately there was no sun on the terrace but it was winter season and I’m sure during the summer this certainly wouldn’t be the case. Would definitely return. ”

“Nos alojamos 8 personas, 4 adultos y 4 niños/adolescentes. Nosotros no pudimos dejar el coche en la plaza de parking que tiene la casa porque ambos coches nos pegaban abajo al intentar meterlo. Y en las calles de la urbanización no permiten dejarlo. Sin embargo, siempre encontramos sitio a la puerta de la urbanización. La casa es muy funcional. Con todo lo esencial para una buena estancia. “Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an hervorragend funktioniert. Herr Puschner ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, dem stets daran gelegen ist, dass seine Mieter sich in seinem Objekt wohlfühlen. Auf Fragen wurde direkt und umgehend geantwortet und nach Lösungen gesucht. Wir durften sogar einen Tag früher anreisen und dies komplett unentgeltlich. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. “The apartment was very modern set out very well with great quality furniture and beds. The roof top are setting was amazing and brilliant seating area and sun beds. Good modern kitchen. The grounds has three pools and even in winter one of them is heated. Also a gym on site. Right next to the taxi rank and supermarkets. Several local beaches all walkable with different settings. Lots of restaurants to chose from locally just explore. The communication was excellent from the letting....
