“Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel happily took my money but didn’t honour my reservation that I had already paid for through Expedia!!! I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! Left us completely stranded in one of the busiest weekends in Squamish. ”

“Hot springs was nice. Lots of pools and this time of year it was quiet. We ate at a local restaurant close by so didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel. Hotel was clean. Our room was in the original building so it was old but clean and staff were all nice. ”

The rooms are pretty clean and furnishings and fixtures well maintained. We stayed for breakfast which was very good- fair variety of food/ drinks to choose and the staff kept the dining area tidy”

“My son and I flew in for an event at Rogers Arena so the location is pretty much ideal. We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready which was great. Quick walk to the arena and back afterwards. Upon leaving we had difficulty getting an Uber to pick up our request so the person working the front desk helped to get a cab for us. The hotel is nice but probably a bit pricy if you aren't looking to be walking distance to the stadium or arena.”
