"Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic."

"Struttura con una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Sydney. I dintorni dell'albergo sono molto belli, e in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al ferry per attraversare la baia, oppure è vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, e hanno saputo soddisfare le nostre richieste. Un sentito ringraziamento per sorpresa recapitata in camera per la nostra luna di miele, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo questa attenzione speciale. La colazione era ottima e con una vasta scelta di cibi diversi. La camera era molto silenziosa. A parte il letto, molto comodo, il mobilio della stanza appariva un po' usurato, soprattutto in bagno."
