“Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. ”

“This is the nicest property in condominium of stayed at in Costa Rica in 20 years and it’s all brand new out here near the airport. Just excellent.”

“Toen we aankwamen was de kamer nog niet klaar en hebben we wel even moeten wachten, maar we mochten ons bagage er achter laten. De kamer was super groot en proper, het enige minpunt is de wegen daar, je hoort dat supergoed waardoor het je slaap wel belemmert. Er is veel omgevingsgeluid”

“Excellent place! We were absolutely delighted to find this safe, well-appointed, beautifully-decorated room after a long days’ drive. Self check-in, after hours, was easy, and we found the lovely grounds and pool to be an oasis. We made our own simple dinner and had everything we needed to prepare it. Absolutely loved our stay here, and wish it were longer! We’ll be back! 💖”

“Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. There is an upstairs ( multiple bedrooms and 1 bath) and a downstairs, a full kitchen, sitting area, a dining area, and a little living room. It was very clean and the bathroom downstairs had a nice spacious shower area. It was just my husband and I, but I would imagine coming here with a family and...

“We received an excellent service from Edward. Understandably, being so close to the airport, the noise from planes landing and taking off was loud but besides this, the place was perfect. We definitely recommend Edward and familia for short term stays. ”

“Wow what a great place to stay for a night or a month or longer. The place has all you will need to have a fantastic stay. Small kitchen to prepare your own meals if you so choose, dining table to have coffee at and eat. Comfy bed. Was all we needed and more than we expected for the price we paid. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever near Monteverde again. This place I’d perfecto.”

“The property is well kept and in a safe neighborhood. The bed was creaking, so it was tough to sleep. The amenities were pretty basic.”

“The Condo was comfortable, but the water in the sinks wouldn't get hot, even though the shower got hot quickly and had to be turned down low. the only other issue was with the microwave. It took us 2 days before the owner of the condo showed us how to use the microwave and even then, it didn't operate well enough to be able to control the temperature (everything had to be cooked on high), something I rarely do.”

“Overall we liked the property. The kitchen was nice. They said that we would have a king bed but it was only a queen and it was a very hard mattress. The room was clean. ”

“Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours. ”

“This was a great place to stay for our family. It's very new and the pool was great for the kids and adults. It was also quiet but a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also liked the outdoor balcony and large outdoor table. I definitely recommend! ”

“What a lovely above the garage apartment with great access to the beach and even better partnership with the hotel next door! We used the beach lounge chairs almost daily. The only disappointment was not having direct use of a washing machine after coming off a jungle tour. Instead we just lived in our swim suits. Problem solved! ”
