“Me and my boyfriend stayed from Sunday-Thursday and when I say this was by far the best couples trip we’ve been on. The property was so clean the staff was absolutely incredible. From the housekeeping to the bar tenders. We went kayaking and swimming because the property is right by the beach.Our hotel was an ocean view in front of the beach and steps away from the bar and where breakfast is served very convenient. “Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...
