“Location close to water in downtown Summerside is great. Breakfast was included each morning. There's an indoor pool. Room was large. Only minor complaint was the room phone didn't work.”

“Very nice little motel. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and services. Very nice walk along the rail trail to downtown Summerside. Staff were very pleasant and it was great having laundry on site.”

“This is the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. The first room stunk of fecal matter and the lock didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The second room was filthy. The sink was full of multiple hairs both long and from someone shaving, the smell was awful, there was a pigeon nest on the window sill and they made noise all night. There was a wad of caulking the size of a softball near the tub that they tried to hide with the garbage bin. The floors left my socks brown from the dirt....

“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. “Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink.
