“They told us there were no taxis in the area but we found out later on there were taxis in the area as we got a phone number later on. We have to hussle with the luggages up the stairs in the city making it very hard in our luggages and ourselves which they got really wet as it was raining. A Good Samaritan, his wife and friends helped us with the luggage and gave us a ride to the apartment. The washing machine didn’t work and there were no instructions at all. “First of all, this property is amazing - and exactly as shown. It's also in an amazing neighborhood. What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. She is a fabulous communicator with a warm and generous heart. We had an emergency situation during our stay and Giulia went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok.
