“Me and my teenage children talked about how we loved how convenient everything seemed to be, and the fact that everything needed had clear instructions and also the fact that the staff actually wanted to help you with whatever you needed no matter what time it was, and they didn’t make you feel Crazy for asking questions or have an attitude because they were having to work and do their actual job.”
