“The place was amazingly beautiful, very clean, they were very organized, we arrived late and they left a note in the front desk with information, that was good. The only thing we would it want to know in anticipation is about the “free breakfast” because it was only “Fruits, some pastry, juice, water and coffee”, it you wanted to have eggs or anything else you had to pay $20 the plate, so technically it wasn’t fully free. Other than that the place is amazing and I highly recommend it. ”

“We had a great experience. The bed was comfy, amazing view for sunrise, water pressure in the shower was great and stayed nice and hot. The staff was super nice. The whole set up was super cute, warm and welcoming. The cookies, oh the cookies 😍so so good! Breakfast was also delicious! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Delano Homestead Bed & Breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, extremely clean, and relaxing. Tracy and Paul were so friendly and welcoming. This was the perfect place for a weekend away. ”

“Tipico b&b del New England in una casetta deliziosa. Buonissima la colazione preparata ogni giorno. Personsle gentilissimo. Camera con arredamento tipico bellissima. Letto comodo. Suggerisco tende più oscuranti. Pulizia ottima.”

“We have a group of 9 business owners in our forum that all wanted their own room. We rented the whole Inn! It was a great set up for our groups agenda. Great restaurants and oyster shack very close which was nice for a couple of our meals! Highly recommend this fun place. It was a great taste of Cape Cod history and culture! ”

“Quiet neighborhood, great host, and an awesome view.”

“We arrived at the inn at 5pm and were told there was no electricity due to the storm the day before. The power had been off for 14 hours at that time. We came back after dinner and there was still no power. I'm sympathetic to their plight, but If the owners had told us about this many hours sooner we would have had time to find another place to stay, but by then we stopped at two places that were fully booked and finally decided to drive back to our home in Boston.”

“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.The only minor issue we encountered was the patio area, which unfortunately wasn’t set...

"Struttura trascurata e scadente. Camera con vista su muro, separata da altre camere da una porta di legno quindi rumorosa e poco riservata. Rumore di sciacquino tutta la notte. “Spiaggia” privata si rivela essere nel porto di attracco di yacht e piccole navi da crociera: non fruibile! Poche strutture ricettive e di ristorazione nei dintorni quindi piuttosto scomodo "
