From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, my stay was absolutely incredible. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations! The staff is what makes this place so special—every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my experience unforgettable.
Bismark went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of—his attention to detail and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Arin was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on her face, making sure I had everything I needed. Nick was just as wonderful—professional, personable, and such a pleasure to talk to. I also had such a lovely interaction with Dorothy at the coffee bar—she was so sweet and made my morning feel extra special. And truly, every single staff member I interacted with was kind, accommodating, and consistently made me feel like a valued guest.
The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cozy bed and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch—from the pool and fitness center to the relaxing lounge areas. Every corner of the hotel was inviting, clean, and perfectly taken care of.
