“We had a wonderful stay at this modern, clean extremely well managed property. The neighbourhood seems to be mixed with some properties that have been updated and others in their original state. The house was beautifully decorated, it had a well stocked kitchen, large bathrooms, and our hosts provided us with all of the details for our trip in a timely manner. “We loved how clean and pretty the VRBO was for our girls trip. The pool was not enclosed as they renovated it before we arrived but it was beautiful and a great place to hang out during the day. They checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was going well which I appreciated. We would definitely book again. ”

“Our most important issue with Vacation property is location. This property is a five minute walk to the beach and it’s a beautiful beach. The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Restaurants such Shooters can walked to and many other restaurants are a short drive away. Shopping alternatives are available but require a car to get to. “My mom and I loved our stay here! The house had everything you could think of needing, and I would love to come back with my kids and husband in the future. We loved having coffee in the backyard in the mornings and we were a short walk (2 min) from Biscayne Blvd where there are some great restaurants. Sam was responsive when I asked about parking, and all of the instructions and information about the property were clear and helpful.”
