“The rooms were clean and relatively quiet, the communal areas were nice and clean. The only thing that put me off was that dog mess was scattered around the grass area. Dedicated rooms should be allocated for owners with dogs.”

“It advatized wifi which we did not have. One of the best sheets on my room was very dirty and had cuts in it. Mind you the sheet was in-between the other two sheets but and not noticeable till you separated them, however how hard is it to replace the throw like blanket if it's damaged and is stained. I can't speak for the other rooms since I stayed in the master bathroom. Everything else looked clean and maintained and everything was working besides the advertised wifi and the front desk...

“We have stayed at Bahama Bay for three times now. The condo was not as up kept as we have had in prev years. We like the safety and gated community feel. It was somewhat quiet except we were by the tennis courts and tournaments started promptly at 8 every morning. May ask more questions for next visit.”

“Had a great week. Only complaint was lack of garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Having a couple extra of each would have been nice as it was expensive to buy extras that we didn’t use most of. ”

“At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again.”
