“The bed squeaked and needed more blankets”

“Staff helped us get checked into our room early, the room was clean and neat, and with the doors closed it was very quiet, even right next to a busy road! Right near a bunch of restaurants, and the downstairs “Joe’s” is also great! Fantastic ocean view! Make sure if you want privacy you check on your door sign, as it’s windy and they tend to blow off the handles easily. Finding a better system for those would be my only suggestion for improvement. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!”

“It’s a pretty old hotel in need of a proper renovation. Poor cosmetic fixes does not pass the test. The first thing that should be fixed is that deep pothole in the middle of the driveway that looks like it’s been there for years. I’m lucky that it didn’t damage my vehicle when I hit it. Poor value as far as I see it”

“Was a little worried at the exterior pictures / reviews but we were pleasantly surprised to find a newly renovated room. Only negative was the twin beds…..very small for 4 average adults and queen beds would fit in the room. Smart tv was a bonus as we could use our own Netflix subscription.”

“Very friendly staff, well maintained property. Some parts were newer than others. I wish the pool was heated but we still found it fairly pleasant. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby, the beds were great, so nice to have a kitchenette!”

“A simply remarkable property with excellent management. They have a sincere belief that they're making the world a little better place for vacationers, and they are. It's a bit of an institution in Roberts Creek and Martin's contributions are tremendous. No heavy rules just common sense but very open and sharing people. On a scale of 1-5 they would be a 6”
